From bid to final walkthrough.

Site and drawing review

Architect and engineer set walked with the GC. We mark up details, transitions and flashings before mobilizing.

Material procurement

We coordinate orders with manufacturers and distributors to align material delivery with site readiness.

Substrate and WRB review

Sheathing, weather-resistive barrier and rainscreen strapping are reviewed by our foreman before cladding goes up.

Install and detailing

Course-by-course photo documentation during install. Daily site cleanup.

Punch and closeout

Joint walkthrough with the GC and consultant. Workmanship and manufacturer warranty documentation provided.

Yes. Hardie Plank, Panel and Artisan are common systems on wood-frame buildings. We follow published manufacturer best practices for the Pacific Northwest.

We install most major architectural metal cladding systems integrated with our siding and rainscreen scope, and we coordinate with steel-stud subs and the GC's window and curtain wall package.

Earlier is better. Engaging us at the cladding consultant or schematic-design stage allows useful input on rainscreen strapping depths, transitions and dimensions before site changes get expensive.
