Tear-off and moisture testing
Existing cladding removed in phases. Sheathing moisture-tested with the consultant and damaged framing flagged for remediation.
Rebuild
New WRB, continuous insulation, rainscreen strapping and finished cladding installed to current code.
Documentation and warranty
Photo records and warranty documentation provided to the strata or owner at closeout.
